![]() We keep months upon months worth of blades in buffer. These 2 points are substantial because prior to the Holiday season this would have been impossible. Right before Christmas we ran out of baselit blades. As of yesterday we hit critical lows on NeoPixel blades so our NeoCore and Proffie NeoPixel hilts that were shipping have to wait until next week to go out. Aside from back orders we have also experienced a few pauses due blade shortages as well. For full transparency 85% of our current backlog is less than 2 weeks old, 50% is less than 1 week. So if you are emailing about the order you placed 48 hours ago just know that a small group of people have been waiting the better part of a month and a half. I am embarrassed to say our oldest unfilled order is about 48 days old. Many of you have seen this in real time since we are consistently still shipping orders. ![]() So between today and the next 3 weeks we hope to close out most if not all open orders. We now have 3 massive orders in various stages of inbounding and based on our tracking they should be all here within the next 2-3 weeks. ![]() We strategically doubled efforts to correct some of this but it's been staggering. Even reds, greens, blues, etc just started flying off the shelf. Osprey, Shrikes, Specters, T-38s, Animus, and Antares, and virtually all replicas just sold out in an instant, and continued to sell. Certain models became overwhelmingly popular. I say we saw some of this coming but we did miss the mark by a few measures of magnitude. We did have some forethought and saw some of this coming and placed very sizable parts/product orders in our various supply chains to be equipped for said surge. ![]() ![]() Starting around Black Friday we were hit with surges that pretty much continued indefinitely. The holiday season has decimated our physical inventory and inventory management systems. ![]()
